Is the consultation really free?
Yes — a full thirty minutes at no cost. No card, no deposit and nothing to cancel if your plans change.
Will I be pressured into booking a treatment?
No. Plenty of people leave with a home routine and nothing else — that's a perfectly good outcome, and often the right first step.
How should I prepare?
Come exactly as you are — makeup is fine. If it's easy, bring the products you currently use so we can look at them together.
What if I need to reschedule?
